PURPOSE: Our purpose is to lead, feed, tend, care, protect, provide, and guide Gods people (the flock) to Jesus and to keep their focus on God, which is the object and subject of all true worship. The Pastoral Leadership Ministry will specialize in rehabilitation, transformation, and new development to enrich and empower the people of God to become aware of their identity, sense of purpose, and stability to neutralize their gifts and abilities to be what God has called and purposed them to be.

WAILING WOMEN OF PRAISE (W.W.O.P.)

PURPOSE: This womens day is set aside for all the women of Temple of Praise & Worship Ministries and women outside to utilize and exercise their gifts, talents, and calling in the Lord. This ministry is to reach all the broken, battered, bruised, abused, and neglected women who has ever been hurt by someone or something in there life, with the hope to minister to their needs in the power, authority and in the name of Jesus. We need more wailing women to pray, fast, mourn, and intercede, for the men, women, and children all over the world today. God has given us this womans day to give to the women to use their gifts to become prepared and equipped in ministry to do His will.

MEN OF VISION ARE LEADERS (M.O.V.A.L.)

PURPOSE: Our goal and mission is to reach out to every young man and men of all ages to rise up and become visionaries. As Paul said, When I was a child, I spake as I child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. (1 Cor 13:11). So with the help of God, we will teach, train, instill, and inspire men of all ages to posses the Christian values of Christ to be leaders, stewards, servants, armourbearers, and whatever it is that God has purposed them to be. I have written unto you fathers, because you have known Him that is from the beginning, I have written unto you, youngmen, because you are strong, and you have overcome the wicked one. (I John 2:14).

YOUTH KINGDOM-BUILDERS MINISTRY

PURPOSE: Our goal is to reach out to the children and to teach them the bible basics of Christ. In their learning, they will receive valuable training, counseling, mentoring, tutoring, and other educational and spiritual guidance on the bible and youth ministries. The youth plays a significant role in the church ministry as well. We will institute bible study, performing arts with musical plays, dramas, and skits, musical gifts and talents, extracurricular activities and other fun things to offer the children so that they wont feel theres nothing for them to do. We want the children to know the Lord and to receive Him as their own personal Savior. With the help of God, we know this Youth Kingdom-Builders Ministry will build up our children and will prosper them to be kingdom children.

MOTHER OF NATIONS (M.O.N.)

PURPOSE: The purpose for our senior and junior mothers day is set aside to minister, intercede, intervene, fast and pray for our mothers, daughters, fathers, and sons to be set free from the hands of the enemy. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Our praying mothers are always standing in the gap and intercede for healing and deliverance all across the nations. So we recognize our senior and junior mothers day as a day dedicated to all mothers in the world and nationwide.
